Collection and use of your data

When you visit our website, information is stored regarding the access (date, time, page viewed). This data is anonymised and not part of the personal data. It is used exclusively for statistical purposes. Also see section "Hosting" below. Personal data such as name, address, phone number, email address or other identifying information is not collected. We will only collect such data if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example by sending an email to a email address. Consequently, you can use our website without providing your personal data.

Use and processing of your data

We use and process your personal data primarily in order to fulfil your wishes, such as answering your requests, processing your orders and also to prepare, negotiate, execute and fulfil contracts, as well as to send you certain information. Furthermore, to look after our customer relations, it may be necessary for your personal data to be stored and processed by us, for example, in order to deal better with your wishes and requests and also to improve our products and services.

Forwarding of your data

Under no circumstances is your personal data forwarded to third parties (for commercial and non-commercial purposes). We only forward your personal data to affiliated companies or authorised third parties if this is necessary for contractual fulfillment.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, the data you have provided will be processed for the purpose of dealing with the request, and in the case of any follow-up questions in our email application "FrontApp". This data will thus be transferred to a server of FrontApp, Inc. in the USA and stored there.

Third-party services

To play music files, we use the SoundCloud player from SoundCloud Limited in Berlin via HTML embeds. When playing music files via this player, SoundCloud cookies may be created.


We host our website at Nine Internet Solutions AG in Zurich. At, for each access to this website standard web server log files are created with the following information: IP address, date and time, browser request, operating system used, browser used. The log files serve to recognise any technical problems, to guarantee security, and for the statistical evaluation of the use of our website, without any reference to a particular person.


Via our website, you can subscribe to our newsletter "Höhepunkte der Redaktion". To do so, we need your email address and a statement from you that you agree to receiving the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you an email with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. To do so, you can either click on the "unsubscribe" link in one of the newsletter editions, or send us your cancellation to We will then immediately cancel your data in connection with the newsletter transmission. The data of our newsletter and your details are stored at Campaign Monitor in Australia.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data has otherwise infringed the data protection law or your data protection rights, you can submit a complaint about this to the Data Supervisory Authority.
